We won't be seeing any fresh Wild Alaska Salmon until the Summer Season opens in late May - in the meantime - we have just received some great is flash frozen Alaska salmon & halibut portions - packed in 10 lb

My #1 tip for enjoying your "home pack" halibut or salmon

(1) Make sure you remove the halibut or salmon from the package BEFORE thawing and thaw in the refrigerator on paper towels!
