I hope you are enjoying your salmon and halibut HOME PACKS! The last couple of weeks has sure been a great time to stay in and cook up some great meals with friends and family!

We still have a few home packs left! If you have not picked up your order yet, please do so immediately. Starting Jan 1 - we will be selling these on a first come, first serve basis. So if you want some more salmon or halibut for the freezer, or if you have some friends or family who want a home pack - please come by the DELI counter at Jackson Whole Grocer and pick some up. Following is a great salmon recipe to try at home, I like to make this one and save some leftovers for a good lunch!

Peking Grilled Wild Salmon

Ingredients:

4 Alaska Salmon Steaks

2 Tbsp Soy Sauce

2 Tbsp Oil

ΒΌ cup hot Mustard

2 Tbsp Orange juice


Directions

Place the salmon steaks in a Pyrex baking dish. Whisk together the mustard, soy sauce, orange juice and oil in a bowl. Pour the sauce over the salmon steaks and marinade for 2 to 3 hours. When ready to serve, place the salmon under the oven broiler on on the grill. Baste with the marinade, and grill for 4 minutes per side. Transfer to a platter and serve. Serves 4 to 6.
